Question regarding Ativan?

I took ativan last night at the hospital, they said i can take 3 a day. It's been 25 hours just starting to feel edgy. I really hate taking pills should I try to make it through the night or take it before I try to go to sleep

Ativan 1mg that dissolves under your tongue

I am aware of addiction and what no on this drug so please don't say about it or I may never be able to take it with a health professional with me.

Update:

I mean I wont be able to take it without a health professional with me. I know it won't hurt me but I am scared of pills :(

I take sublingual (the kind you dissolve under your tongue) ativan daily. 1mg. Everynth, time I receive a prescription for this I am warned of the addictiveness of the drug. This is the second time I have been prescribed it to take 2x/day for twenty days. At one point I took it everyday for a month. Maybe it could just be me, but my anxiety was at a point where taking it really helped, and honestly I have yet to feel any sort of addiction to it. I definitely think you should take it 3x/day. If the hospital tell you to, they obviously feel that the benefits of the drug outweigh the deficits.
