It's a little bit older of a video card, so I am not sure. Gaming also has a lot to do with RAM and your CPU in addition to your GPU. Pentium 4 seems to be the bottom of the barrel for now when it comes to gaming, and video cards like yours probably will be able to run the game on minimum graphics settings, depending on how good your RAM and CPU is. With Pent 4 AND that card, though, some of the more intense games may not be able to run very well on your machine.
I recommend searching what the minimum specs are for Bioshock and the new RTS games you are referring to.

well i thing your main problem will be in the ram memory, as it will take alot to run those games(you can buy RAM upgrades), also check that your processor is fast enough, so it at least matches the game or better! to know how fast the processor is go into the search box at the windows icon and type in "dxdiag" and click on it, that will show the stats of the computer, compare that to the requirements of the game, which you can find on the website or on the back of the box, hope this helped!
