do u have to switch the sign in an in equality when both sides are negative?

for example, in D/-3>-3 would u flip the > to <?

    Only flip the sign if you divide/multiply/exponentiate by -1. E.g.

    -x > y ⇒ x < -y

    x < (1/y) ⇒ (1/x) > y
