What do you think about the new smoking ban in public places ( except casinos) or the STATE OF MICHIGAN ?
In a restaurant --- would you become offended if i took out a smoke-less cigarette and took a puff? it looks like the real thing. How would you feel about that situation ?

I think that it sucks that a business owner CAN'T RUN THEIR OWN BUSINESS anymore. I mean what happened to PRIVATE PROPERTY. Why is there so much screaming about "socialism" but people miss real threat of Govt running their lives? It's "useful idiots" showing themselves if you ask me.

Having a "non-smoking" section in a restaurant, is like having a "no peeing" section in a public pool.
Ohio just passed such a law. The bars in my town have increased their business since the ban was put in place.

Out rage. I'm in the UK and a similar law has been put in place for around two years now. Personally I feel we smokers should have rights. We are chucked outside in the cold like common dogs. We are also susceptible to catching a cold from the poring rain as we smoke our cigarettes in ANGER.

It's the smoke that bothers me. I tried bloody hard to give up, and having smoke blown in my face doesn't help.
