Are these symptoms related? What could be causing them? Do I need to goto a hospital?

1. For the last two weeks I've been having troubles with my ears. They both feel like they need to pop, but I cannot pop them. My right ear is really messed up, white noises hurt my ears, and I hear a loud ringing when tap water is running, or there's static on the radio. When I watch TV I can hear sound effects out of my right ear, but voices are very, very faint. My left ear is fine, other than the feeling that it needs to pop. They are not dirty, I've tried cleaning them many times.

2. I've been really shaky lately, like the other day at dinner, it felt like my hand completely relaxed and my fork randomly fell out of my hand and I could not stop my pinkie from moving back and forth. and my muscles have random twitches everywhere in my body. Or I will be walking and my calves will randomly feel heavy. Also, I've been having random Pulses of numbness in my face, particularly in my cheeks, its very strange and feels like a bug crawling across my face.

3. I'm having difficulties falling asleep.

4. My heart will randomly start beating really strongly, and it's almost as if I can feel all the blood moving throughout my body, with no anxiety or stressful situations. I will just be sitting there and randomly start to feel my heart beating really strong.

5. I get winded really easily in the last week. Climbing the stairs is a major feat. This is weird for me, because I'm not in top physical condition, but I'm not overweight or anything, so I don't understand.

Are any of these related somehow? What do you think is going on? I'm really confused, and I don't want to go to the doctor if there is nothing really overly wrong with me because I'm really uncomfortable going to the doctor. Does anyone know how I can fix any of these issues? or know why they are happening?

You should probably have someone take you to the ER you might be experiencing what are called TIAs, transient aschemic attacks which can lead to a stroke. Some of your symptoms also point to possible heart problems. In either case go to the ER ASAP to be on the safe side. Good luck to you and if possible please let me know how you are. Thanks.

Please as the other poster said, have someone take you to the ER. Many people are uncomfortable around doctors like you so you are not alone. It is better to err on the side of caution.
