I cannot restore my Dell Laptop in Safe mode.?

Any suggestions? Im only attempting to restore it to last week, since then it has slowed down sooooo bad it takes almost 10 minutes to boot on. I have deleted cookies and such which usually helps, and went into safe mode but the restores are coming back incomplete.

    try opening a command window in safe mode and

    Type the following command at a command prompt, and then press ENTER:

    %systemroot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe

    it particularly is asserted as Blue show of dying, a conflict on your working device. it must be a Hardware difficulty put in. or you have gotten put in or downloaded a software unlike minded on your device. pass to secure mode and open device restore, restore your pc to dates at the back of till now your pc gave you the priority. or you may re installation a restoration disk in case you have finished so. If no longer you acquire to re installation the OS disk.

    Are you sure you didn't press the power button while restoring?

    Download CCleaner to clear on cache and cookies.
