How do you perform a system restore in safe mode?
In regular mode, my system restores are coming back 'RESTORATION INCOMPLETE' so i was told to perform it in safe mode.
When I go into safe mode and select 'System" under contorl panel, the restore option is not available. What appears instead is a type of box similar to a 'properties' box. Please someone help.
Going on Youtube caused my computer to run extremely slowly!!!!!

Are you using a Windows operating system? If so, then after going to a safe mode on your system instead of going in control panel then "System" go to Start then "All Programs" select "Accessories" then go to "System Tools" at the very end you should see "System Restore"
And also if your computer gone slow due to the fact that you visit You tube try to delete some cookies and Temporary internet files. Just open your internet browser then go to "Tools" then internet options then click delete cookies and delete files. And also do a Disk clean up and Defrag it.
