Is getting a Bachelors in Finance enough?

Is it good enough in order to get a decent entry level job and expect a decent pay?... I think I would like to get couple of years of experience working in the field, with the Bachelors. Or do I need to get into an mba program right after my bachelors?

Many MBA programs will not accept you without some work experience first - there are ofcourse exceptions. I don't know what you consider decent but, yes, you could get a job on wall street probably killing yourself for ten plus hours a day doing financial analysis.

If you go back to school, don't go for an MBA. If you're interested in finance. get a master's of accountancy. It will compliment the finance well and open as many doors, in my opinion.
