Trying to see if I ovulated or not. Tuesday I notice a huge amount of clear stretchy liquid?
We are trying to conceive so I am super excited. But the clear stretchy liquid only lasted one day. We had intercourse the day before. Now on Friday my nipples started to feel sore and they are slightly sore today. My question is do any of you think that I ovulated. Oh, the first day of my cycle was August 6th.

It sounds very promising, but its still a little early to test. The clear stretchy liquid definately sounds like fertile cervical mucous. So it sounds like you had intercourse at the right time. Sore nipples/breasts was always one of the first signs I noticed. So try testing in a few days. If it still says negative, then dont count on that. I got 3 negatives before finally getting a positive with my son. I was just testing too soon. Lots of baby dust!!

So... what happened??!!!
You are in a very similar position to me and I am still waiting for my BFP. The first day of my cycle was 4 August and I had just the one day EWCM too. Isn't the waiting awful... I have had 2 BFNs so far, yesterday and today... but no period yet...?

you should try www.babycenter.com which has a calendar that lets you enter the date of your last period and gives you the days that you would probably be ovulating!! hope this helps
