how come yahoo answers does spell check the work "ain't"?

if you ain't suppose to use it?

    As you correctly point out - "ain't" is a colloquial or slang word. Yahoo answers of course is not sticking to strictly correct english as I am assuming they are aware there is lots of slang used online. I guess they feel if we're gonna use the words we should at least spell them correctly!

    Just because it's in Webster's, doesn't mean it's an accepted word.
