Corrupt BIOS, computer has black screen, doesn't boot anymore?

I have an Intel Desktop Board D102GGC2 with dual core Pentium D 2.8ghz processors.

I made sure that i downloaded the right bios, and opted to use intel's installer to flash bios. I Let the installer restart the computer, and it goes through flashing the bios, and recovery bios smoothly. when its over, it restarts(?) and there is nothing but a black screen. I leave it on for 20 minutes, but nothing changes.

when i turn on the computer, there's no beep (there wasn't any beeps before the bios update either though). It doesn't beep with no RAM plugged in, & it doesn't beep when i pull ram out while its on.

All the fans spin, including my ati x1300 fan, and my 3 hard drives spin up fine. USB doesn't work.

What should I do? I don't have a floppy drive, and have 2 cd drives.

Running vista 32 bit

You should NEVER remove components in a pc while its running.

Try resetting the bios. there is a little flat battery on the motherboard, take it out and wait a few mins. If that worked, try re-installing the previous Bios. You may have to use some1 elses computer to create a boot disk to do reinstall it.

Again make sure you installed a Bios compatible with the motherboard. Read multiple sources to verify the answer.

If it didn't beep before, your MB is probably now dead.
