Shouldn't the Health Department investigate the Porcini Restaurant owner where Coach Pitino had sex?
It states in this article that the restaurant owner left Pitino his keys and then Pitino and the woman had sex at a table near the bar.

I've never heard of a restaurant owner leaving his keys with a customer and then leaving! Was this something that went on often? I'm sure he knew what his buddy Pitino and the woman were going to do when he left. I find it disturbing that Pitino had sex on a restaurant table that customers normally use for dining! I think the Health Department should investigate this restaurant's procedures and cleanliness! Aren't there laws that regulate the use of a restaurant after closing? Perhaps, the owner should be fined or lose his license.

Angel Baby, I was in the business for a while. You really don't want to know what goes on in places after they are locked up.

What's to investigate? There's no dispute about what occurred. Once the table was cleaned I bet you couldn't tell it from any of the others. Besides, health departments around the country conduct health inspections on a regular basis.
You say "I'm sure he knew what his buddy Pitino and the woman were going to do when he left." Yeah? How do you know that? That's pure supposition on your part. Then you say "Perhaps, the owner should be fined or lose his license." That's overkill. I get the feeling you don't like either men, sports or sex. Which is it?

I grew up in the food service business. Are you suggesting that when I say spank me with a spoon? it needed to be investigated?
