Does "un-assumed" make sense?

I am writing a paper on children and myths of childhood (like childhood innocence, etc) and I want to call it The Un-Assumed Child, meaning it has no previous assumptions.

Does this make sense? any recommendations?

No, it doesn't make sense. I'm not even sure what word to suggest in place of that.
