It will be on the motherboard, you will just have to re-look very closely.
I use a torch often as it can help, and the board name can often be inbetween PCI slots or next to the DIMM slots.
It WILL have identification on the motherboard.
Goodluck.

First off, why were the Video and Audio drivers not on the XP CD(s) you used to install XP with? Unless you're using a non-retail version or a version that did not come with the computer you have?
First try Windows Update, usually it will automatically find the missing drivers or updated drivers you need for your computer. If you are unable to get the drivers you need then you need to go to the site for the manufacturer of the computer. Who made the computer, Toshiba, Dell, Sony, Gateway etc.?
An example of the site you should visit...if it was Toshiba, http://support.toshiba.com./
You can usually do that for each of the manufactures to get their support page, then look for the drivers in their download sections, you'll need either model or serial number from the computer. On a laptop it will be on the sticker on the bottom. On a desktop the serial number is listed on the back somewhere and the model is usually there too or printed on the front or top.
