Enzyme units: How am I supposed to calculate Enzyme units?

I'm doing a lab and I need to find out how many enzyme units there are in an aliquot assay. I have the measured absorbances, but I'm don't know what I'm supposed to do to find the enzyme units.

    Let's look at the history: Jesus' followers were scared men who were running and hiding for their lives when he died. Three days later, they were bold preachers willing to die for the claim that they'd seen and spoken with the risen Jesus. That's pretty compelling evidence. Liars make poor martyrs, and no one will die for a lie. There's also the hostile evidence. Paul, a member of the Jewish Sanhedrin and present at the trial of Jesus, was seeking to kill Christians when he says he saw the risen Jesus and spoke with him (and others with him testified to hearing a voice speak to Paul.) Paul then changed his life and became a follower of Jesus, once one of his staunchest enemies. There's also James, Jesus' brother, who completely dismissed Jesus' claims while he was alive, but who, after Jesus' resurrection, suddenly became an ardent follower of Jesus. (And note that he didn't take over the reigns and say "I'm the next leader." He instead continued to claim that Jesus was divine and worshiped Jesus.) There's the archaeological evidence that says the Bible as we have it is a true copy of what was originally written. There's TONS of that evidence. There's also the extensive secondary writings of those who quote the Bible in the 1st and 2nd centuries, showing again that the text, as we have it, is an accurate representation of what was written. And so I'd say the odds are pretty good, based upon those facts. I'd guess it's a 90% chance it's true, and a 10% chance that it's false and is a lie. And I think I'm being VERY skeptical with those odds. I've banked my entire life on the fact that it's 100% true.

    you could use the beer-lambert law to determine the concentration of enzyme, then their must be a scale that converts 1 units = ___micrograms/mL.

    this is the BEER's LAW

    Abosrbance = epsilon (constant) * b( path travelled usually 1cm) * c (concentration of proteins)
