i am a victim of scammer ... how can i report to the ... police or in yahoo.?
before i dont know scammer is and i believe and there im 1 of the victim ...where i will report so that this kind of crime will stop

You need to elaborate on how you are a victim of a scammer. What country are you in? Have you paid money to them?
There are 3 links below you will need to read to determine which best suits you.
The last one - IC3.gov is the US Gov site used to report them. Be prepared to provide as much information about the scammer as possible.
This is the only real way to do it.
