Which Brewery gives the best tours?

I've always enjoyed beer tours, and love to tour the factories. I live in Southern Ontario, and it should be local. Which breweries should I check out?

    Then visit as many local breweries as you possible can.

    Any brewery but a Canadian brewery would be great.
