Are you happy? Really?

I see people on Facebook looking so happy but remember them as being extremely shallow. I wonder if they are happy despite their shallow relationships...

Update:

Insomniac: I guess I mean happy as content, satisfied with life.

    Yeah, i am pretty happy actually :). Im in a great relationship!

    I mean, there is always things in my life id love to change, id love to change jobs and lose a couple of kg's,, but apart from that, im ecstatic!

    My life is the best its been in a long time.
