biryani spice mix .. where from dubai?

I use Shan Bombay biryani mix too. The above answer is right, use less if u don't want it to be too spicy.

Shan Bombay Biryani mix or Pulao mix.The later is very mild.Available at Spinney's,Hyper Panda and Al Maya.

Use half packet of Shan Sindhi Biryani mix,discard dried plums and it will become mild too!

There are many brand are available here in Dubai mostly from Pakistan & India famous brand available

We are using {Shan – Biryani Masala) pretty good compare to other spicy try to find in Carrefour

best is to make the spice at home using a coffee grinder , the stuff they sell at supermarkets is awful and not fresh. You can get the spice seeds from herbal market in deira. Ask the sellers they will know what seeds/peppers combinations you need to put in it.

Try Eastern Biriyani Powder.Eastern has common Biriyani mix powder as well as seperate powders for Fish Biriyani,Chicken Biriyani,Mutton Biriyani etc.You will get in Lulu or most supermarkets.

But add powder according to your preference.

the spice souk im sure they will have anything u wish just ask for mild. i cant remember where they spice souk is tho as its a few yrs since i left i think deira side of creek but cant be sure.

get it from a Pakistani restaurant it wouldn't be that spicy, but if u are getting it from Indian then hell yeah it would be so Spicy

i think u need soem guidance to cook.

need to put masala in the rice according to ur taste.

the proportions given in the packs make it too spicy.

so use less masala according to ur taste
