Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles?
I just started the game and right now, I have to find the BUFFASAUR HORN in order to make the medicine to safe this girl in my home village. But the thing is, I don't know WHERE to find this animal/beast. They say it's by the WATER. But I don't know WHERE! Right now, I can only go to my home village, the town and the gate. So how do I find this beast so that I can continue my game and make the medicine?

go near fountain near libary, and talk to the two guys. they will tell you to go to the abuducts and theirs a buffasaur inside.

Speak to the two children in the upper part of town near the library to unlock the Aqueducts area. Go there and defeat the Buffasaur to progress further.
