hi, Relationship problem?

Hi,

I've been is this relationship for 2 years and I am tired of it. She is really a jealous and possessive person and we discussed it a few times but turns out that it's a proof that she loves me, and I swallow. It's now getting to a certain point where I can't take it anymore. I can't go out with my friends and have fun, etc. I don't feel like asking her to go out with friends because we had fight a few times so I just don't ask and stay at home all day and night. She does work in the evening and I am stuck here doing nothing and it is really boring, not to mention that I am in a depression for almost 3 years now.. I'm a careful and sympathic person and I'd like to get out of this relationship because it is putting me deeper in my depression. I don't want to end up this relationship but I started to lose feeling for her and I think it would be better if we just broke up... But I don't have the energy and the strength to do it... Any one can give me some advice or anything that could help me? Thanks

Update:

forgot to mention that we live together

Think about it this way, once you break up with her, you'll be able to get a couple of steps higher in your own life, not just one or two :)

She is dragging you down and since you've been in depression for more than the 2 years you been going out with her, it also shows that you aren't happy with her. I would say for tonight (or day...where ever you are :)) you should rest, don't meet her, don't talk, just, do whatever you want to do. Need examples? Umm

    1) Go to a coffee shop and drink some coffee

    2) Write a little on a computer, laptop, or notebook, let stuff out. It can be about anything. Life, Sci-Fi, your favorite comic :3

    3) Walk around in an area you like

    4) Sleep

something like those. Don't meet up with your friends or anything, just...think about yourself and no one else. And possibly how good the coffee tastes if you buy it ^^

Then by the next day, you should be ready. It may come down on you like a ton of bricks saying "Oh no i have to break up with her now" but relax, thats the key! You have to think about how much more your life could be. And how the day before you just spent was with only having you in your mind. And then, after you break up with her, you'll feel free.

    :)

As a side note, I do not reccomend any relashonships after that until you have your life arranged and you yourself is happy. The best Kind of relashonship is when you both are happy :)

    Hope I helped! ^^

    Break up with her.

If she really does love you, she'll let you go.

You shouldn't stay with her if you don't love her anymore, if she's making you even more depressed, etc.

There's an excerpt from my favorite poem that you made me think about when I read your question. It's this:

"Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection."

from a poem called Desiderata. (http://www.lordtonymackenzie.com/desiderata.html)

Don't lead her on and stay with her; you guys will end up broken up anyhow, it's only a matter of time, and it'll be lost time which could have been used to find that other special person both of you need.

    Best of luck.

DAMN ! tell her "we're threw" because it sounds like she fed you bs to make you stay with her. its not true, and you have to tell her she gets too annoying, possesive, and jealous. if you dont by the way it sounds, youre gonna like commit suicide ! you gotta get out of there ! if you dont, shell hold you completely back so you have to break up ! okay? promise me you will !

Source(s): i hope you follow my advice;)

either you break up and distance yourself....(hard to breakup when your close to her...) or you can keep living in depression...[get a friend or family member to help you if you have to]

or....you can try to keep talking to her about how you feel....but if that doesnt work id say the top one:)

Break up now or you two will end up hating each other. Be strong. its a painful process but will benefit you both

It's good you're braking up with her.

Tell her how you feel, it'll hurt but make sure to give her time.

She'll text/ call & make you feel bad about it but don't worry about it.

Every girl is like that :)

you don't have energy probably because she's wearing you out. just meet up with her or call her and tell her its over. if she asks why be honest.
