Can't view site or mail that are swf. Help is needed, please.?

IE 7 and Windows XP

I have the following Adobe products: Air, Flash Player 10 Active X, and Shockwave Player 11

If I go to the following site the page remains white and nothing happens. Any ideas as to what I can do now?

http://www.procreo.jp/labo/flower_garden.swf

Update:

I did exactly as you said but still could not view the 2 sites. I disabled my Norton Virus and then tried - no luck. i do not have a firewall.

Update 2:

Just tried again, this time removing all spy ware and still no luck.

New programs from adobe downloaded and they are working, checked to make sure all was enabled, tried with no antivirus, no spyware and have no firewall. :-)

First completely unistall your old version of flash player and the old entries:

Download and save the Flash Uninstaller somewhere on your PC:

    http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/cur...

Quit ALL running applications, browser windows and any Instant Messengers. Then click and run the uninstaller, it will remove the old flash player & unreg/if there.

Download the latest flash player for your system & browser:

    1) The direct Installer download for the latest version of Adobe Flash Player for Windows Internet Explorer is always here:

    http://www.adobe.com/go/full_flashplayer_win_msi

    2) Or If you are using Firefox, then Adobe FlashPlayer for Firefox direct download Link for the latest version is always:

    http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/c...

You will probably need Adobe Shockwave Player the latest version direct link is always here: http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/shockwave/def...

Just save the installers somewhere on your PC/ Close all your browser windows then click to run and it will install.

Then go here and test your flash and shockwave to see they are working and installed: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome

To make sure you have flash turned on> Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable Add-ons > Add-ons currently loaded in Internet Explorer>make sure Shockwave Flash Object is Enabled.

However , If you use Netscape/Opera/Mozilla/Safari you can get the latest from here> http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/alternates...

Sometimes some AntiVirus, Spyware and Firewalls block the activex

Let me know if the above doesn't work
