What side dish should I make tonight?

I'm having cubed pork cutlets (pan-fried) and steamed brussels sprouts. I'm having a hard time deciding whether I should have stuffing or macaroni and cheese. I love both, and I don't have either one very often. Which one would do you think would go better with the above meat and vegetable combination?

stuffing. it adds texture to the meal as well as more color.

Macaroni and cheese definitely. My recommendation is to go to the store and get the sharp cheddar flavor (it's actually not that sharp and tastes better than the regular cheddar flavor).

I've actually shake and baked p-chops before and served them with mac n cheese. Next time you make pork chops or cutlets, how about shaking and baking them?

    Garlic Smashed Potatoes

Cook the potatoes with a a couple cloves of garlic. Make as usual except leave the taters slightly lumpy.

My first thought was a corn casserole, but if I have to choose from those 2 choices, I'll pick stuffing.

Stuffing is my favorite, but I like M&C too.

How about having the M&C by itself Thursday night for dinner. Tossed salad on the side.

    hi

I don't think either of those pics go with pork.

I vote for mashed potatoes! Then you can make some delicious pork gravy to go on top. Yummy.
