ISS should be visible from your location tonight between 6:55 and 7:00 p.m. If you face north, you should see it moving from left to right and gradually moving upwards until it is in the north east at about 50º above the horizon. It will then sink downwards towards the east. At 6:58 it should be about halfway between the Moon and the eastern horizon.

If you miss it tonight, then try tomorrow when it will be moving across the south western sky between 7:23 and 7:28 p.m., but only about half as high in the sky as it is tonight.
