Reccommendation on ipod Touch?

I want to purchase an ipod touch, and I heard that the preloaded software takes up a whole gigabite. So what is the reccommended space? 8 gig, 16 gig, or 32 gig?

    I have a 16gb and I have a little over 2,000 songs, 1 movie, 10 30-minute tv shows, and about 15 apps and I have about 6gb left of free space. The decision is up to you on how much space you think you need, but hopefully this puts it into perspective a little

    after formatted it should hold about 1500 songs with 8 gb. Mine does anyways. Depends on your music library and how much of it you want to put on

    go 16, but if ur on a budget 8 would be the cheapest.
