Relationship question?

Last night this girl that I'm interested in and I went sledding. After that we went to her friends house and watched a scary movie. Her friend made me sit by her and grabbed my arm through the entire movie, all the while saying she wasn't coming on to me she just couldn't handle scary movies. When it was over I walked the girl I am interested home and she said not to worry everyone has to go through this initiation process. I really don't know where I stand in all this. But I was quite uncomfortable with her friend all but cuddling with me. What should I do?
