What questions would you ask?

I am in the process of compiling a list of questions that would end up being an interview. 
The interview is to be with the wealthy and successful.
15 to 20 interviews, 15 to 25 questions.

The point of this is to bridge a gap. I feel a gap has been built up between the blue collar and the wealthy and I am interested in closing it. I think a properly done interview would help that.

So if you had the opportunity to sit across from the likes of Warren Buffet or Bill Gates or even some local success what kind of question or questions would you ask?

i would ask if there was one life lesson that you wanted to share with the world . Something that you feel that you have learned that got you to where you are what is it that others have not learned.  
what life lesson is that?


(even though i know the answer already) 
they know how to make right choices.. so then you could conclude
what problem is it that arises that you felt you made the right choice- the right choices to do what? and when did that enlightenment occur?
