How small?
Most reptile shops sell fruit fly cultures or crickets, locusts of varying sizes from little tiny pin heads to geet big adults

Stun some flies. If not then tiny bits of mince. There is a very famous chef who has a pet house spider and fed it this way by his preparation area. The spider is now huge. New staff have to sign a secrecy contract.

It's important to say that tinnitus is a symptom and not a disease. Some people will have tinnitus because their Cochlea is damaged. And in a few, it could be caused due to hearing loss. But of course, the most common cause of tinnitus is exposure to loud noises. The noise can be a sudden burst, or it could be a constant banging that hits the ear drum and travels inside.
A good guide you can read about tinnitus and some good natural remedies can be found here: http://tinnitus.toptips.org/

most spiders will eat just about any insect their own size or smaller.
they don't eat much,so finding various insects is not usually
a problem. a bee would last my red back jump spider 2 weeks.
when wild insects are scarce, pet stores that also have reptiles
or spiders,sell food chain insects.

Go to a pet store and buy some crickets. They are cheap and you don't have to hassle catching them. I guess it might be a problem if your spider doesn't like them but that's not very likely. May be though. See if they have any "flying" critters.
