KICKER UPGRADE. NEED SOME HELP.?

I have Rob Bironas and want to see if there's another Kicker that's worth picking up.

Matt Prater, John Carney, Ryan Longwell, and Mason Crosby are all out there. Which if any would be worth dumping Bironas for?

Update:

Matt Bryant is also out there and he's the one I've been looking at.

Go with Prater. As a rule, I choose kickers on offenses that can move the ball down the field, and the Broncos have been doing that well this year.
Ideally, you want a kicker on a team that does extremely well between the 20's but have trouble in the red zone so that there are plenty of opportunities for your guy to score.
