Sorry, I don't think so. Any site you use, even a proxy, will send you to the site, but the site's address doesn't change when you click new links. So it'll still end up being blocked.
Also, proxies get blocked every day, and it will be hard to find ones that stay unblocked for over a couple days or so. I say concentrate on your work at school, and play Runescape at home.

first of all you can use a proxy here are some really good ones but i hope you don't get caught https://beareggs.com/
https://brightstock.com/ or brightsock I am not sure but those are the best ones I know hope they helped.
