I really ridiculously like my classmate, but how can i approach her?

Hi, this classmate of mine is someone i've been looking for my entire life. Now I don't know how to approach her and let her know that I really madly like her. She is a VERY beautiful girl. She studies very well; always aiming to get perfect in everything. Most of all, she's got a very nice personality. I only know of a couple of things that are common between me and her. I try to show her my feelings towards her, but I barely get chance to cuz I never happen to meet her alone anywhere in the college. Suggestions please
