Is ok the title for this picture ? What do you think my picture represents ? ?

I named it "So what happens when the heart just stops". Do you think that's a good title ? (is a picture taken by me). What do you think about the picture ? What does it suggest to you ? What other name would you select for it ? (is for a school project.. thanks for your answer).

I very much like your picture! The only complaint I have (for if I were taking the pic) is that the location of the people confuse the focus - they give too little ground for the pass to be the focus and too little treetop for the trees to be the focus. But I still love your pic!
I don't see what the relation is to your title, though. Maybe you took pics of hiking seniors? But you can't tell with the contrast. Or maybe you meant for the path and their backs to be symbolic? But there's so much motion and nature in this picture it's hard to relate to "heart" and "stop."
Additionally, your title is a bit awkward by itself. It looks even more awkward without a "?" at the end. But other than that gritty detail, it's unclear why you would want to use the more conversational, familiar speech of "so ..." and "just." Coupled with your pic, there doesn't seem to be any relation.
Since this is for a project, I would suggest you put more detail in your caption if you can - other than the title, include some photographer's feelings in it: show the viewer what exactly they should be focused or attentive to, with regards to your title and your subject matter.
