Tom can be a jerk sometimes(with the scientology thing) but I would not think he would stop the kids to see Nicole. 7 years when they had gotten divorced they had agreed to joint custody, and sometimes it varies. Sometimes he gets the kids every weekend and during summers and holiday breaks, and she would get the kids all year around. Since Nicole had just had a baby she and her husband Keith Urban had moved to Los Angeles and now live a block down from Tom that way the children can be close to their new baby sister Sunday Rose.

I read in an article somewhere (and I know you can't believe everything you read) that they have shared custody of the kids but they mainly live with Tom and Katie. I also read in an interview, possibly from Vogue magazine that Nicoles' adopted children no longer call her 'mom' but 'Nicole' and she hates IT! ... It sounds to me as though Katie has taken over the mom role in their lives... Quite sad actually.
