Do you agree with Corso's Pick? Texas Tech?

I love how he has doubted Texas week after week, but they always come up big.

I say Texas wins 45-35.

Well, I wouldnt be surprised if Tech wins, thats for sure. I want Longhorns but Tech and their offense are on fire and appear to not be stopped. Texas defense will of course have to display their talents but its going to be a close one for sure. If Texas wins they get even more of a boost in the Bowl Series, and if Tech wins puts them right there. The Big 12 is the most powerful conference this year, no doubt.

Texas has won five straight against Texas Tech including a 59-43 shootout victory in Austin last season. McCoy rallied the Longhorns past the Red Raiders 35-31 in Lubbock two years ago with 256 yards and four touchdowns. T-Tech led 21-0 after the first quarter and held a 31-21 lead at the break in this matchup but was outscored 14-0 in the final 30 minutes. Harrell passed for 519 yards but the team couldn't convert late in the game. Five of the last six have gone 'over' the total. Texas had its perfect record against the spread come to an end last week, but 7-1 isn't anything to cry about. T-Tech has gone 3-3 ATS but is 0-2 ATS at home. The Red Raiders have gone 4-4 ATS as home 'dogs under head coach Mike Leach and that includes a 34-27 upset over No. 3 Oklahoma last season as seven-point pups. Even if T-Tech pulls the upset, it could be short lived with Oklahoma State coming to town the very next week.

If Texas Tech could miraculously get a pass rush going on Colt McCoy, I'd give them the nod. I don't see it happening though. As long as Texas can control the clock and keep the Red Raiders off the field for as long as possible, they will win pretty easily.

I'll say Texas wins 42-31. (Yes...Texas Tech will make a field goal. Now THAT is a prediction)

I like your prediction. I also think the Horns will win by 10 points. The last time both of these teams were undefeated in the match-up, Texas won 52-17. I think it'll be tougher this year, though. It's the last game in a grueling four-game stretch, and the Horns have to be worn down a bit, but I think they will be focused enough to pull it out.

Texas will win in a blowout.

They've already beaten 5 ranked teams

Texas Tech has looked good, but they haven't really faced anyone.

This match-up has been way over hyped.

    Texas Tech loses it again

I hate Texas in every way but don't see how Tech can pull this off. I hope they do but I think it is wishful thinking on everyone part.
