I got fed because a new Administrator did not like the fact thay I blew the whistle on the kitchen staff > they were trying to feed burnt food to the elderly Alzeheimer's resients , I took a picture of this food and showed it to her and sh got mad at me and fired me te next day. I made sure to show this food to everyone !

it sounds like this administrator is wrong and hopefully you will be able to prove this by telling your story and showing them the proof that you have !

I got fired from my job at the beginning of this year. A female co-worker and I were competing for the same promotion, there was word that I had landed it. She went to HR and made a complaint about me, and although I proved to them it was a lie, they told me they felt shaky about me and they abruptly fired me after 3 years. They told me that I would still be eligible for unemployment.
Then, they reported to the unemployment office that I had been fired because I had violated rules at work, and that is why I was terminated. You know, for doing something wrong.
However, when I had an appointment with a claims examiner at the unemployment office, even though the company exaturated the situation and tried to get me denied, the unemployment rep said they had no proof that I had done anything wrong and I ended up getting unemployment.
Did you do something wrong to lose your job? It is true that you may be denied if you, like stole money, broke a company policy like you called out, didn't show for work, etc. However, if you did nothing wrong fight it. Just be honest, answer their questions. When the unemployment agency asks why you no longer work for that company, tell them what happened.

Were you let go for no fault of yours? That's pretty much all it amounts to. If they claim that you stole from them, or didn't work, or caused problems with other workers, you'd have to prove that it;s a lie, which is almost impossible. Otherwise you should get benefits - there's nothing you have to say. (Sometimes saying too much is bad for you - answer any question that's fully explained by yes or no with just yes or no. Don't offer explanations unless they ask for them.)
