"Leaving" cannot take the verb "to." "To" can only follow "leaving" if used as a preposition.

"I am leaving for Korea" is correct.

"leave + to" usually indicates purpose or reason, not destination. For instance, "I am leaving to study" means "I am leaving so that I can study" or "I am leaving in order to study."
