Yes, I knew the instant that I started my current job that I would hate the Functional Analyst. Turns out, most people don't like her, but she schmoozed the right people and has managed to stay in her position. She passes the buck constantly and does not return phone calls, emails, or provide any follow-up. Can't stand her!

Yes. I call it my intuition. I'm more likely to listen to my intuition than how society has trained us to be polite. If you don't like someone from the get go then don't waste the energy on trying to change your feelings. There is obviously something setting alarms off inside of you to be careful. Listen to those feelings and always trust yourself.

yep many times . but i wont say hate , maybe dislike or not my type kind of thing . and most of the times i turned out to be right . i usually trust my instintcs . especially when meeting new people .
