Not counting a rogue, what is the best class for a 19 twink in world of warcraft.?
Be specific as to why that class is the best.

Gonna say priest, you can dispel other twinks Arena grandmasters (the item that makes your twink better than other twinks) Plus a strong dot in sw: pain at lvl 18 (starshards if NE). Your Fear + Bandage combo is mana efficient and you should be able to get it off by running behind rocks and pillars out of site. I made a twink priest spec'd shadow with over 150+ bonus dmg and can hold my own against any class except other priests with more spirit.
