If exotic matter can open up a wormhole........then?

If negative energy or mass or exotic matter can open up a wormhole, how can we generate the neg energy/mass/exotic energy. What would it be? Would it be some form of plasma?

Update:

antimatter? No, it must be something we can get with relative ease. Something that is most obvious.
