TI-84 Simple help?
Lets say I have the cosine of an angle is .5000; the angle needs to be 60 degrees.
1) enter .5000
2) press 2nd
3) press cos.
Get Syntax error
Where an I blowing this? Walk me through this will you?

Press 2nd cos first then you punch in your angle. You get syntax error because you put in the angle first then 2nd cos.

On my Casio fx-82:Only change needed
2) press SHIFT (or 'inverse')
Also ensure the mode is in 'DEG'
