It sound like you should've used some lube. If you are dry and going at it, it will get sore. With the new pill, it can decrease the amount of natural lube in that area. So next time just use a little lube and I bet you'll be fine. Nothing to worry about.

Hey! I found this information for you, i hope it is helpful:

'Your discomfort could be due to lack of lubrication. Certain medications, including birth-control pills, can cause down-there dryness. So talk to you doc about whether the Pill could be contributing to your condition, make sure that you prolong foreplay until you're well lubricated and use lube to ease the friction during penetration.'

I have enclosed the website address for you to look at also. Please remember that no site is 100% accurate. I would go see your doctor about this in case it is the particular birth control you are on. Good luck!!!!

It could be one of 3 things: 1.) Either you're allergic to condoms or something in the birth control you're using, 2.) You just got lube up the wrong hole and it hurts bad (yay personal experience) or 3.) it's a UTI caused by one or more of those things or friction.

You may have a urinary tract infection... Don't be alarmed or surprised if you pee a litle bit of blood. Just make an appt with your doctor TODAY if possible, he will give you antibiotics and maybe something for the pain. It should clear up in a few days if you go to the doctor. In the meantime, drink lots of water, cranberrry juice (lots!), and don't use any soaps with perfume.

You possibly weren't lubricated well enough and the sex irritated the whole area down there, so that the warm, acidic urine easily stung the super-sensitized nerve endings. If it continues, go to a doctor.
