Can we see chinese lantern (festival) these days in china town in Japan?

Chinese lantern festival is coming, can we see chinese lantern display in chinatown in Japan?

I think so. In Yokohama, Kobe and Nagasaki China towns (streets).
I guess Nagasaki is popular about this festival.
