How many people can you legally carry with only a normal UK driver's license?

Depend on the vehicle you drive.
For a standard car it's up to 4 passengers
Some people carriers can take 7 passengers.

Depending on when you passed your driving test you may be able to drive a mini bus with up to 17 passengers, Check your driving licence for details.

Depends on the size of the vehicle. An ordinary drivers licence lets you drive a vehicle that seats up to twelve, I believe. It is illegal to overload a vehicle.

It all depends on the vehicle that you are driving. Most saloon cars will adapt five people, a MPV will carry seven and a mini bus can carry eleven so it varies.

IF YOU ARE A VOLUNTEER AND NOT GETTING PAID EXCEPT FOR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES,YOU MAY DRIVE THE BUS WITH 9 OR MORE SEATS INCLUDING THE DRIVING SEAT.You may not drive it if you are a teacher,you must then have a PSV LICENCE.

well as far as i know you can drive mini buses, which is 20 odd people
