Vacation Promotions and are they legit?

my bf got a phone call from them and gave them his credit card number for a vacation that we can take anytime up to 3 years. He has 30 days to cancel.

I told him it was a scam and to cancel right away, but he thinks it is a good deal.

Is it? Are there any websites that I can look at that will tell me if it is a scam or not? They do have a website but it doesn't say much.

anyone have any dealings with this company?

Thnx.

I believe they're legit, but you'll have to sit through this long presentation about time shares and they'll bug you constantly, asking for you to buy a time share. If you can go, enjoy the trip, and are not bothered by pestering sales people, then it's most likely legit.

And they don't bug you the whole trip, just a day or two. Best bet, I would call and ask for the exact terms of the offer within the 30 days.

My cousin had a phone call from a company, who also had this offer they then just disappeared as did her money ,the trading standards told us several people had lost money,It would be a good idea to phone the trading standards they would advise you.It is bad practise to ask for money up front like that,if it is a scam speak to your card company you may be covered .hope this helps

I have never heard of this company. Any place that asks for your credit card over the phone right away, makes me a little nervous. If I were you, I would contact a travel agency to see if they have ever heard of this company. Good Luck!
