Who finds the GAP add, well simply aggravating?

Just curious if anyone besides me thinks this talking piece of Americana is just too over the top!

    You're not alone, I think it's ridiculous!

To shut that sucker down, disable the "Shockwave Flash Object" published by Adobe Systems Inc. For Internet Explorer, click the Tools [menu] -> Internet Options [menu] -> Programs [tab] -> Manage Add-ons... [button] -> Select "Shockwave Flash Object" in the list -> click the Disable radio button.

And star all the questions that complain about it, like mine, http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ai710... maybe that will send a message.

    Well Tracy,

I must be missing something or else very lucky... I don't see any of those ads on my pc and I have tried to search for them. they just don't appear. I do have a number of pop up blockers on in various programs, perhaps that might be helping.

Have a happy Holiday and if you like, turn on the radio or put on a CD and mute the pc volume button...

It is annoying but I found out I could go to the bottom of the page and click on Answers Canada. You get the same questions but NO GAP AD!
