    Latkes with sour cream and apple sauce is lovely too.

    And Jewish apple cake :-)

    These require very little work on your part & are scrumptious. Happy Hanukkah!

    BLINTZE SOUFFLE

    12 frozen cheese or fruit blintzes

    1/4 lb. butter, melted

    cinnamon

    4 large eggs

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    1-1/2 cups sour cream

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Dip blintses in melted butter to coat all sides. Arrange in 9" x 13" pan, about 1" apart. Sprinkle with cinnamon. In blender, combine eggs, vanilla extract & sour cream. Pour over blintzes. Bake for 40 minutes, or until mixture is set.
