where to post jobs for 3d modeling and animation?

hi, we need some 3d artists for an upcoming tv series and i need 3d modelers,texture,riggers and animators in india..for simple cartoon style art, they have to work from from their homes or where ever because we are located in canada.

please give me some tips where to post these kind of jobs online or in print..thanks
