hey there need help A.S.A.P.?

Hey will it effect the taste of a chocolate molten and will if come out okay still if I make the batter beforehand and cook it when were ready for it tonight!! I need help!! I don't want to wait to make them tonight plez help a girl out!!

    Sure, you can make the batter beforehand, but no more than one day ahead. Lay some plastic wrap over the batter in the bowl so it doesn't dry out. Take it out of the fridge a bit earlier than you need it so the batter isn't too cold when it goes in the oven. Give it a stir if it looks like it needs it, but not too much!

    I would be worried that it wouldn't rise after refrigeration and you can't just leave it out.

    I read your other question. This is kind of a tricky dessert. Maybe you should look for a different dessert that can be prepared ahead of time for that "special" night.
