What causes mold and what is the best preventive for it?
I THOUGHT THAT MOISTURE/WATER IS THE ONLY SOURCE, IF SO, THEN WHY ARENT WE DOING MORE TO MAINTAIN AND PREVENT IT GROWTH. LOCAL SCHOOLS IN THE HOUSTON MARKET ARE HAVING A SERIOUS PROBLEM BUT WE SPEND TONS OF MONEY FOR MAINTENANCE
