Can anyone identify this television episode or show? Twilight Zone or the Outer Limits or something like that?
Okay. I saw this as a kid but don't remember all the details. I hope someone out there remembers it too - that way I'll be sure I'm not crazy.
In this episode, there was a man who was haunted by the reflection of Death/the Grim Reaper everywhere he looked. Finally confined to a bed, a woman (his wife?) comes in to tend to him. In her eyes, he sees the reflection of Death/the Grim Reaper and leaps out the window to his death. Sound familiar? Help me!

It's not exactly the one you described, but there was an episode of the old Rod Serling Twilight Zone where the guy couldn't sleep because he thought he'd die if he did. He went to a psychologist for help and jumped out the window and died in his dream, although in reality he was sleeping on the psychologist's couch.
It was called:
Perchance to Dream

A terrified man stumbles into a psychiatrist's office, afraid that if he falls asleep a woman in his dream will murder him.
